Technical Description:

ZB24V-0001 is an intelligent BMS protection board designed for 7–8S (24V) lithium batteries used in truck starting and parking applications. It is compatible with both LiFePO₄ and NMC lithium battery chemistries, providing reliable battery management and protection performance for heavy-duty vehicle applications.

The BMS integrates active balancing technology, which monitors individual cell voltage in real time, intelligently balances energy distribution, and accurately calculates SOC/SOH to improve battery consistency and extend service life.

For charging and discharging protection, ZB24V-0001 supports automatic charging current limiting, reducing the charging current to 10A when overcurrent is detected. It also provides comprehensive monitoring and protection through over-voltage and under-voltage detection, with temperature monitoring including 3 cell temperature channels, 1 MOSFET temperature channel, and 1 ambient temperature channel.

The BMS features low-temperature adaptation technology. During charging in cold environments, the heating function is automatically activated to ensure stable battery operation and improve low-temperature charging performance.

Safety protection functions include instant short-circuit power-off, over-temperature and low-temperature alarms, and charge/discharge temperature protection.

For intelligent management, ZB24V-0001 supports remote monitoring via WeChat Mini Program, parameter configuration, remote battery locking, OTA firmware upgrades, and sleep/wake-up control. With built-in cloud platform support, it enables cloud data storage and intelligent alarm notifications for efficient battery management.

The BMS supports a continuous current of up to 200A, a peak current of 2200A, and an active balancing current of 2A. It features dual communication channels with CAN + 4G connectivity, integrated cloud platform access, and a compact mainboard design with dimensions of 255.0 × 135.0 × 30.0 mm.
